My circumstances were less than ideal and Brock of Cross Point Surveying provided the BEST experience. He thoroughly walked we through the entire process and took time to explain to me exactly what needed to happen and what he was going to do. Brock was extremely professional and courteous. I had contacted Cross Point this summer to have some land surveyed ( woods and farm ) After talking in depth with Brock we decided to wait till fall when the crops were out. I had the pleasure of meeting both Brock and Michael the first day they came out. You couldn't ask to work with any nicer guys. Very polite, courteous, explained in depth what they were doing. The second day was just with Brock. He is very thorough in his work on site and finding information. Answered all question and poor guy even had to go through sticker briars, up and down hills. Cross Point Surveying has been great to work with. The owner, Brock, came out on a Saturday morning to assist in locating our property corners based off an old survey. He found some discrepancies in the old survey, so I asked him to perform a full boundary survey. He was able to come back within a couple weeks to complete the survey and had the final copy back to me two days later. He did a thorough job and I would absolutely hire him again should I ever need additional work done.

I reached out to every surveyor in my area, a long time spent on the phone trying to figure out information about getting a job done, the process, and pricing in general. I even tried to get help from the county surveyors office, and I was quickly and clearly informed they didn't have time to assist me with my problem.
In came Brock with Cross Point who returned my message in a very timely manner. I really wish I would have reached him first truth be told. Not only did he listen to my concerns and wishes, but he actually cared (something I thought the public service department our tax dollars pay for would have done).
He let me know that he was booked out a ways, the same as all the other surveyors I had spoken to did. Unlike the rest, he took the time to hear me, and understood my pressing matters and the need for a prompt resolution. He contacted me more throughout the day, letting me know he hadn't forgotten me in a random work order list. He showed up at my house later in the day, worked through the muggy air, and continued to be professional and do the job right even through the rain.
With a smile and firm handshake he concluded our business. Thats the kind of local company, the local people, that I want to support and do business with.

I needed a survey to put up a privacy fence. I called Cross Point on a Saturday morning thinking I would leave a message. Much to my surprise a live person answered. It was the owner. We spoke for a few minutes. In that time he provided the needed information and even provided the cost estimate. I received a call earlier this week and he had already did the leg work by going to the courthouse and found a survey. Not only that he came to the house and completed the task.
